Then known as Participation House Brantford, this organization's strategic plan identified that its services and scope had expanded so dramatically since its inception more than 40 years ago that their brand no longer reflected their identity. They engaged Blueprint to oversee a full rebranding exercise including complete overhaul of all print and electronic collateral.
Blueprint conducted a comprehensive brand audit and devleoped a new name, logo, and tagline that reflected the brand's present and future identity: Participation Support Services - Your care, your home, your way. Blueprint then designed and created a new website, print, and electronic collateral and produced a Style Guide to ensure consistent use of the branding going forward.
The new PSS website is AODA compatible, including the ability to increase font size and contrast for visibility. Services proviced by PSS are featured prominently on the site and are easily identified. A calendar shows all upcoming events and allows visitors to register and pay online and a login function provides staff and board members secure access to an internal portal. Participation Support Services is proud of its new identity and very happy with the results of this collaborative effort.
