When Blueprint walked through the door, they were managing their jobs using an Excel spreadsheet that needed to encapsulate the work of over 200 employees, each working on multiple projects. Needless to say, that spreadsheet was starting to fill up fast. Blueprint Agencies was contracted to develop and design a business management system that could generate estimates, track customer service relations, purchasing, shipping, and provided a direct live link to the client's UPS World Ships account.
To meet all of Brant InStore's needs, Blueprint built a unique business management system that was so complex, it needed to be rolled out in multiple phases. This solution has increased transparency within the organization and made it easy to see and report on the resources used across the entire company. Blueprint also designed and developed a callout system that allows clients to order directly from the system without needing to contact a representative.
