Kyle joined Blueprint in May after completing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. While fairly new to Blueprint, he does not come inexperienced. During his studies at Trent University, Kyle’s marketing internships focussed on search engine optimization, web analytics and social media marketing.
Kyle takes the mystery out of using SEO and social media to promote traffic (and business) to your website. By staying on top of emerging trends and search algorithms, Kyle works with clients to ensure their goals are met, whether they be page impressions, e-commerce sales, or community engagement.
Kyle is also the lead trainer you are preparing to launch your new website. He combines technical expertise and a patient approach to show you how to maximize all the features that are built into your site. Fortunately for all, the content management system we use – Concrete5 – is very intuitive and user-friendly. Kyle will be both literally and virtually by your side as you begin using your new site, demonstrating how to post, organize, remove or edit content. And his end goal is to work himself out of a job – he will guide your team through the steps you need to take control of your site.

Dan has been a member of the Blueprint Team since August 2012 after making the jump across the pond from England to start a new adventure in Canada.
Dan's diverse background includes 10 years as an Analyst Programmer for the University of Kent, developing and maintaining their Student Data and Administration systems, and 10 years as a Jet Technician in the Royal Air Force.
A typical Brit who loves Marmite, toad in the hole and dunking biscuits in a nice cup of tea, Dan knows absolutely nothing about hockey and still calls ‘soccer’ ‘football.'
Jeanette is the Art Director for Blueprint Agencies and a vital part of our award-winning creative team. She has a BA in Fine Arts and a teaching degree, as well as over 25 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and Art Director and leads our team of enthusiastic graphic artists.
Bringing a breadth of international graphics and fine arts experience, Jeanette sets the creative bar for both our projects and, lucky for us, our office environment.

Tim takes a client-focused approach to his work at Blueprint. Before joining the team in 2017, he spent many years at one of our long-standing clients, Redeemer University College in Ancaster. His involvement on that side of our work gives him a great perspective on how Blueprint can best serve clients’ needs. His work there included developing a comprehensive new website and intranet, managing large, complex print projects, purchasing promotional products and overall brand management.
That type of comprehensive experience allows him to work with clients on an integrated approach to their marketing needs. A natural problem-solver, Tim enjoys sitting down with clients to identify their needs and to develop solutions that will help them expand their reach.
Aad's background is in business management and marketing. He graduated in Business Administration in Eindhoven, Holland and worked for KLM Dutch Airlines and ran a successful design firm in Europe before immigrating to Canada in 1997 as project manager for the International Festival of Arts. Aad and his wife, Jeanette Obbink, founded Blueprint Agencies (formerly Blueprint IT Works) more than 15 years ago.
Aad’s good business sense has seen Blueprint grow steadily in Canada while continuing to retain a number of European clients. His design, web development and content management expertise, paired with his ability to discern client’s unique needs and offer solutions that work influence everything the Blueprint team does.
In his "spare" time, Aad is a member of the Brant Economic Development Advisory Council and active in the Rotary Club.
